Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between Keep It Lit and Glow in the Park?
- Keep It Lit: Think of this as our “Classic Night Climb” that’s for ages 18+. We keep the park’s aesthetic lighting on so you can navigate the trails under the stars. It’s chill, atmospheric, and perfect if you just want to experience the forest in a whole new light (literally) and without the kid energy. You can use standard tickets or passes for this.
- Glow in the Park: This is our signature event that’s perfect for families. We crank things up to eleven with themed music playing throughout the park, glowing LEDs, and a high-energy atmosphere. It’s a specialized, ticketed event that usually sells out fast because the energy is off the charts.
How late is the park open?

Are reservations required?
Reservations are a must.To keep the trails flowing and the vibes high, we’ve capped our capacity, which means we aren’t taking walk-ins right now. If you want to own the afternoon, you’ve gotta hit that to see what’s open and claim your spot.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. If you roll in late, we can’t guarantee we can squeeze your group in at your arrival time. We want you in a harness, not standing in the parking lot. Help us help you.
Rolling with a Crew? If you’re looking to score those group discounted rates, you’ve gotta book those in advance. Check out the Groups Page to see how to get your squad on the schedule.
Are there age restrictions on the climbing courses?
We’ve got trails for everyone, ages 6 and up.
6-Year-Olds: Our youngest adventurers are total rockstars, but they must climb with an adult (18+) at a 1:1 ratio at all times.
Leveling Up: As you get older, more of the park opens up. We have a solid progression system to make sure everyone is on a trail that fits their skill and comfort level. Pro-Tip: Head over to our Park Rules page. We’ve got a full breakdown chart that shows exactly which colored courses each age group can tackle. Know your limit, then push it.
How difficult are the climbing courses?
The trails are color-coded just like a ski resort. We go from Purple (Easiest) all the way up to Double Black Diamond (Expert). The Mental Shift: If you’ve never been off the forest floor, those first 10 to 20 feet on a Yellow or Green trail might feel a little “real” at first. But here’s what happens: after about ten minutes, the height disappears. Your brain stops worrying about the ground and starts focusing on your balance, your footing, and the win. You’ll be locked into our “Always Attached” lifeline system the entire time. Your only job is to stay clipped and keep moving.
The Physicality:
- Yellow & Green: If you lead a reasonably active lifestyle, you’re going to crush these. You can go at your own pace, take a breather, and just enjoy the flow.
- Blue & Black: This is where the gear shifts. These trails are physically demanding and will test your grip, your core, and your grit.
Pro Tip: Don’t be a hero on your first lap. Start with a Yellow or Green to get the hang of the gear and the movement. Once you feel like the king of the canopy, then go hunt down those Black Diamonds.
