You’re in total control of your booking. If you need to swap the date, shift your start time, or change the number of climbers, you can handle it yourself in seconds. Self-Service: Dig up that confirmation email and hit “Manage Reservation.” That’ll take you straight to your portal where you can tweak the details. The Specialty Swap: If you’re looking to change your ticket type (like upgrading from a standard 3-hour climb to a Glow in the Park event) or you need to adjust your glove count, just drop us a message through that same portal.
